Juno Beacon Advisors is a full service executive compensation firm dedicated to advising senior executives on all aspects of executive compensation.  We have more than 30 years of experience guiding and assisting public and private company senior executives in numerous industries, especially C-Suite Level executives.  Our services are primarily limited to individuals to maintain the highest level of objectivity and conflict of interest avoidance.

Traditionally, employers (and especially compensation committees) have retained compensation consultants to advise on and establish the types of executive compensation and related pay levels and compensation plan designs and related cash and equity award levels and terms.  This creates an unfair balance of information and knowledge and, thus, power.  Executives have historically been under-advised (or not advised at all) in respect of the compensation planning and award setting process.  Our goal at Juno Beacon Advisors is to address this imbalance, close the information gap and "level the playing field" without interfering unnecessarily with the executive's lawyer and the related scrivener and legal function.  We can even help find the right legal counsel for your situation.
